In December 2021, Pine Walk became directly authorised by the FCA as an insurance intermediary, so we can now support each of our MGAs with Appointed Representative permissions. In July 2024, The Fidelis Partnership Syndicate (Syndicate 3123) was launched in collaboration with the Fidelis Insurance Group and Hampden Agencies, the largest provider of private capital to Lloyd's. In October 2025, The Fidelis Partnership launched Syndicate 2126 in partnership with Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager. Pine Walk Capital Limited and Pine Walk Europe Limited are approved Lloyd's coverholders, writing on behalf of Syndicate 3123 and Syndicate 2126. Currently housing 16 MGAs, Pine Walk is always looking at new opportunities. The Fidelis Partnership is a global underwriter of property, bespoke and specialty insurance and reinsurance products placing business through our Pine Walk Capital, Pine Walk Europe and Bermuda MGU platforms on behalf of the Fidelis Insurance Group companies. Our MGAs Radius – Our first MGA, established with CEO Rob Ashton, provides effective bespoke reinsurance coverage including Cyber, Political Violence, Personal Accident, Nuclear, Financial Reinsurance and other niche classes. Oakside – Focuses on the small and medium-sized enterprises sector of the Surety market and is run by CEO Andy Ray. Tiomanta – Underwrites a broad book of (re)insurance upstream, midstream and green energy insurance risks. Perigon – Led by CEO Ian Bailey. Focuses on product recall and product contamination coverage for food and beverage producers, restaurant operations, auto manufacturers, and a range of other recall classes of insurance. Navium – Headed by CEO Clive Washbourn. Underwrites a full range of niche Marine classes (UK, Europe, RoW), writing niche risks for Hull and Machinery, Marine Liability, Cargo and Specie, War and Kidnap and Ransom, Ports and Terminals, Loss of Hire, Increased Value, and MII/MAP. OPEnergy – Underwrites energy liability, led by CEO Oliver Brown, offering insurance solutions across the full range of energy trades and geographic regions, spanning onshore, offshore and combined energy risks. Pernix – Dedicated to enabling and supporting responsible and tangible investment and finance through the provision of Political Risk and Non-Payment insurance. Headed by CEO Kade Spears. Itasca – Works closely with aircraft financiers to provide aviation non-payment insurance alongside credit and political risk non-payment insurance. Led by CEO Gareth John. Novagen – Led by CEO Valeria Del Villano. Covers the full spectrum of renewable technologies for operational and construction risks, with a global remit. Seraphina – Headed by Founder & CUO Kelly Sanders. Writes an international portfolio of property D&F, covering all risks relating to commercial property and the associated business interruption risks. Silverflame Re – Led by Managing Directors Jenan Nakeeb and Elizabeth Powell. Write a treaty portfolio focused on Marine, Energy & Composite, and Credit & Surety. Sevanta – Led by CEO Jon Hiller, with an international liability portfolio focused on General Liability, and excess and contingent risks. Arenite – A specialised surety and structured credit (re)insurance underwriting business, focused on the emerging markets of Latin America (LatAm) and Asia Pacific (APAC). Led by CEO Teji Gobran. Imala Re – A Miami-headquartered Latin American (LatAm) and Caribbean Property, Motor and Marine Reinsurance MGA. Led by Ivan Vega. Corsiam – Headed by CEO Tim Morgan. Writes a global book of A&H insurance and reinsurance via delegated authorities, on an open market and facultative basis. Carnovis – Led by CEO Grant Maxwell. An Alternative Risk Transfer MGA offering an international book of business, providing worldwide coverage for (re)insurance and multinational clients, including captives. Pine Walk Europe, based in Dublin, also operates from a branch in the UK to enable the widest service offering to our clients and trading partners.
