Privacy notice
Effective September 14, 2026
In plain language: MGA Index collects only the information needed to operate accounts, improve the publication, deliver requested services, secure the site and communicate with readers. We do not sell personal information.
Information you provide
When you sign in, join a membership, save a watchlist, register interest or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, organization, selections and message. Payment details are collected and processed by the payment provider; MGA Index does not store full card numbers.
Anonymous readership measurement
We count page views and selected actions, such as opening an article, viewing membership information or selecting a trial link. These first-party records contain the page path, broad device category, referring hostname when available and time of the event. They do not contain names, email addresses, IP addresses, full referrer URLs, advertising identifiers or cross-site visitor profiles.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate accounts, understand aggregate readership, improve editorial coverage, deliver briefings and alerts, manage memberships, respond to requests, maintain records, protect the service and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and website operations
Hosting, authentication, email and payment providers may process the limited information necessary to perform their services. Routine technical data such as IP address, browser information, request logs and security events may be processed by infrastructure providers to deliver and protect the site.
Retention and choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question, by emailing privacy@mgaindex.com.
Changes
This notice may change as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. This operational notice describes current product behavior and is not a representation that independent legal review has occurred.
