Victor Millwell Insurance Agency Ltd was formed in 1979. For the last 30 years the company has specialised in the leisure market (specifically Motorhome and Campervan insurance), based on the personal experience of the founders Peter and Pat Cue and their family. Since our scheme was created (with Aviva as the carrier) we have been operating under the brand names of Comfort Insurance and VM Insurance. Technology has always been at the forefront of what we want to achieve and rather than working against progression, we try to embrace it without it being detrimental to the end user. We always need to be considerate of the end user as the average age of a Motorhome and Campervan customer is 55 plus. We have partnered with CDL, a specialist Insurer CRM platform, who offer cradle to grave experience for the end user. Our mission is to be recognised as the “Go To” leisure vehicle insurance specialist, through excellent service, demonstrating our ” family values” approach. Our strategy is to meet the changing landscape in the leisure market through new technologies and understanding our end-customer.
